Low platelets: With pregnancy, and enlarged spleen for whatever reason, is by definition a high risk pregnancy, you should have a close follow up with your Obstetrician and preferably a hematologist, watch out for risk of bleeding during pregnancy, need to have platelets transfusion if count is below 50k at time of labor/delivery, good luck
