Borderline d dimer: D-dimer units (DDU) (< or =0.50 mcg/mL fibrinogen equivalent units: FEU) are normal. D-Dimer is a nonspecific test and the good news is that CT angiogram is normal and likelihood of significant pulmonary embolism is very unlikely. Yours is borderline and you should pursue and get a duplex vein scan of the leg to make sure there is no DVT or thrombophlebitis.
