See GI: What kind of surgery did you have 6 years ago. If your symptoms have returned again significantly, you see to see your gastroenterologist for re-evaluation with maybe another endoscopy or barium swallow and possible discuss other treatment recommendations.

Gastroenterologist: Where to go next depends mostly on your current findings on manometry and endoscopy. If it has been six years since you have been tested, you certainly should be looked at again. It maybe possible that a dilatation May be helpful at this point. Good luck.
