Record diet: You had a nissen and now notice gas. Try recording what you eat and avoid the food that gives you gas like fried foods or legumes. With your nissen you may have received antibiotics. It will take a while to return your gut flora to normal. You may find that yogurt often can help so give that a try.

Try anti-gas meds. : Anti-gas medications like simethicone can be very helpful. Avoid carbonated beverages and gas producing foods.
