How do i get rid of chest and back acne it's really gross to me and it makes me insecure about my body now.

Oral med/treatment: Unfortunately it is tough to treat severe acne, especially on back because u can't see/reach well. This often require systemic/oral med. I strongly recommend discussing this issue with your doc--talk to your parents because you are only 16. If your doc is not comfortable with treating acne, he/she may refer you to a local dermatologist. There are many options for you. So, chin up....Good luck.
