Get checkup with Dr: There are many possibilities. First, write down your symptoms, physical and emotional. Note when they began. Has there been a change in your sleep patterns or your diet? Are you under any stress (work, school, or family)? Are you getting any regular exercise? Sometimes talking with a trusted friend can help. If you are physically ill (fever, aches) you should see your doctor for a checkup.
