See your family doctor: See your family doctor first and make sure you do not have any physical illness causing this and then your family doctor can refer you if necessary to a psychiatrist or a psychologist depending upon what is found at your assessment. Anxiety is very treatable. Do not let it go on much longer because it is extremely uncomfortable. Best wishes.

Anxiety: Breath in slowly ; deeply through your nostrils. Fill your lungs with air (but not to the point of discomfort). Hold for a count of five then slowly begin to exhale through an open mouth. Repeat at least 12 times, longer if you need to. If you haven't been assessed for your anxiety - that would be prudent. Take care.
