Hello dr i am feeling dizzy or lightheaded most of the time, i feel like i will faint,could this be due to the continuous use of the face musk or is there any other reason for this feeling , its been going on for over 7 days now. ?

Fluids/BP: Please drink fluids and check your blood pressure. If the symptom continues, please see urgent care or your PCP for an evaluation of your heart. The use of face masks during the COVID crisis is not likely to be associated with these symptoms. If you wear a mask at night for non invasive ventilation, a follow up visit with a sleep specialist is indicated. Watch for signs of fainting, vomiting/fever
