Too little info: Hard to say as you don't say what your symptoms were and are. Prevpak is a combination regimen of three drugs, two antibiotics and an acid blocker known as a ppi used to treat helicobacter pylori bacteria infection of the stomach. The antibiotics are Amoxicillin and clarithromycin. The latter can sometimes upset the stomach. Both could cause diarrhea. Call your doctor & explain your symptoms.
