I have a question my daughter got prescription for amoxicillin but it said use before the 18 is it still good to use cuz she got an uti again?

I wouldn't: You don't list the kids age but from yours I'll assume under 6. Often these kids have irritation during urination from bath soap that has not been rinsed. Proper investigation requires a clean catch urine specimen & culture. If it was a squat pee into a cup or not cultured at all, she may have not had a UTI.If she did, a new culture/med must be found because the old one won't work.(germ resistence
