Magnesium good: Magnesium in patients with high blood pressure is helpful for the following reasons: 1) Can lower your blood pressure as a calcium channel blocker, 2) Replaces magnesium lost with diuretics if you are on them. 3) is a good mineral for sleep and health even if you don't have high blood pressure, 4) Be aware of potential for diarrhea.
