Rest calf/knee pain: Would consider possible sciatica, could see if putting a pillow under knees while lying and if lumbar pillow while sitting reduces pain. Check electrolytes, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus. Check thyroids TSH/T4, check for diabetes, also check ESR/CRP,, CPK. try massage before rest, check Achilles tendon and check d-dimer for clot may f/u/ w/ doc today as clot is a significant issue
