Joint pains: Depends on the cause of pain, age of patient and other medical conditions. Mainly symptomatic relief with paracetamol or brufen. But if pain die to infection , antibiotics will be needed along with orthopaedic review. If it is injury- pain relief+ rule out fracture. If arthritis- pain relief + bloods + rheumatologist review.
