Prob nothing: Most likely to be early start of period Bcoz of pill can make periods irregular. If that is all that happens, likely nothing. Keep an eye on things and see your dr if other symptoms occur. It is rare but possible to get pregnant on the pill and that would need to be ruled out if you get pain, fever, tummy pain etc

Benign: It is likely benign as there are variations in periods from time to time depending on your hormonal balance in your body and if there are stressors in your life. Maintain a period diary to keep track of your periods. Best Wishes Dr M
