No: Unless you are on an anti-coagulant or for some people on aspirin. If the bruises occur repeatedly on various parts of the body, ask your doctor to check you for a bleeding problem. In the meanwhile, avoid aspirin and fish oil. Prolonged sun exposure can damage the skin enough to cause easy bruising but unless you are exposed to the sun most of the day, you are too young to have this problem.
