What could be reason for bruising in upper inner arms area for a 41 years old female? there was no apparent trauma to that area.

Uncertain: I don't know of a systemic reason for bruising just in that area. However, sometimes friction of that area against an underwire bra can cause too much pressure against the inner arms (which might lead to bruising).
