Health department: Contact your county or state health department. They'll probably treat you at no cost, or find a way to do it. But maybe with azithromycin, which is complete treatment in a single dose, instead of week for doxycycline. Good luck!

Yes you may: If your partner tested positive, it is important for you to get tested. There are clinics available in most areas that participate in low-cost STD testing (some possibly free) to assist those who do not have insurance. The healthcare providers at those sites will (if necessary) prescribe you the correct medications that you may pay for at the cash price at a local pharmacy.

Not this site: You need to look for a local health clinic that offers such services. The public Healthtap site does not diagnose or treat anyone for anything. There is a paid service affiliated with the site, but for STD's you need evaluation for this and any other STD that may be contracted the same way. That requires a visit and testing.
