Likely hematoma..: If you fall on back make sure no broken vertebrae or other injury .. may need X ray. If " bump" still sore but smaller .. its heeling .. small blood collection under skin area as " bruise". Right after injury ICE helps from large bruise but later 2 weeks .. heat pack may feel better . If any problem like weakness of legs, shooting pain, loosing control over bladder or bowel .. it is an Emergency

Most likely: You developed a hematoma (collection of blood) underneath your skin after your injury. This is very common, and it just takes time for the lump to go away a anywhere from weeks to months depending on the size and location of the hematoma. As long as it is not painful and not getting larger it should be fine. If it doesn't go away you should see your Dr just in case it was a preexisting lump.
