What does safe mean: If you mean in terms of causing bleeding or problems healing in the extraction sites, it should not nave any effect. How safe it is depends on how you use it, just like alcohol. Vaping is likely safer than combusting (smoking), but its overall safety depends on your mental health history, risk of other substance problems, and your underlying psychiatric issues, as well as how much, how often.
