It could be either: Muscle pain begins when you move and pain gets worse on moving or bending. Kidney infection can cause back pain which will not change much on moving or bending. Urinary symptoms of pain, buring and frequent urination will point to kidney infection. Fever and chiils also point to kidney infection.
