General malaise : These symptoms may qualify you to be tested for COVID19. Do you have a cough or shortness of breath? In any case, sounds like an infection of some sort. Please call your physician or clinic with these symptoms, ask to be tested and follow their advise.

Sinus/hayfever always been bad (allergic to dust). throat is often sore (dr cant see redness) and sometimes ears. Does this always mean its an infection or will the throat scratchiness go away? Can I gym with the throat soreness if body is fine?
