Sed rate: If you are asking how the erythrocytes sedimentation rate can be normalized so that your mother will stop worrying about it, then tell her this. As a pathologist of 40 years experience, i am reassuring her that if she feels well, the test is worthless as a screen for disease and she should be thankful for good health. She owes it to herself to forget about it.
