Several topics: Diagnosis: early diagnosis is key, especially in breast cancer--so mammograms and self exam. Epidemiology: who is most at risk and what is risk of getting it. Genetics: some women carry certain genes. Treatment: surgery, radiation, chemotherapy. Reconstruction: after extirpative surgery. New gene therapy treatments. Assign these topics to groups of students. Plenty of info on net.
