Itchy bumps that turn to pimples that turn to scabs. only on stomach. not a home allergy, as everyone at work (a restaurant) seems to get these bites.

Bites: That is a big concern. If that is only happening to the staff you must have the boss close down the restaurant and have a team come in and get rid of the causes of bites. This is even a bigger concern if folks coming in for food and drink also have the bites. MUST BE DONE ASAP!!
