My naval hurts. it hurts when a shirt is against it. about 1/2 of it feels like a bump or wire is beneath the skin. hurts when pressed.

Hernia: The bump in your navel could be either a small hernia which is where some intestine comes through a small hole in the Naval or it could be an infection. Which ever it is, you should check with a doctor to see if anything needs to be done.

?infection: You can try a warm compress to see if it helps as there may be a local infection in the area eg of a hair follicle etc and the warm compress may help it come to a head more superficially on the skin. If it doesn't get better in a couple of days u should see a dermatologist. All the best!!
