Burping: You may be forming excessive gas or may not have normal transit of just normal amounts of gas. Forcing yourself to burp only causes you to swallow more air which aggregates the problem. Take simethicone after meals to prevent gas buildup. Drinking hot water breaks gas down and moves it along, also. See your MD or a gastroenterologist as needed.
