Normal: Constipation on oxycodone is normal, and it can happen with any narcotics like that as a common side effect. Try docusate twice daily, a stool softener, to see if that helps. If that doesn't help, then i would try a laxative. For quick results (overnight), use bisacodyl (dulcolax) tabs or suppositories. After that, start taking something like MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) daily and see if that doesn't help.

Talk to your doctor.: You should talk to the doctor who prescribed this immediately. They may want you to change the dose, change the medication, take a medication to move your gastrointestinal tract. Hard to say what they will do without knowing your entire health history.

Call MD: Dr. Schwartz is 100% correct: immediately contact the prescribing doctor. Constipation is a hallmark side-effect of opiate medication. Until you can contact your md (immediately), try talking a stool softener at the recommended dose which may help, but first make that phone call.

Fiber and enemas: First you need to unclog with enemas and or suppositories. Warm tap water enemas and glycerine supositories are gentile. To prenent further clogging, fiber and/ or laxatives such as dulcolax are helpfully. Rotten egg smell is not bad in and of itself. But if you burp or vomit stool smell you need it go to the er.
