Maybe: Maybe but probably not. You should see your surgeon asap. There is a chance that you "stressed" the suture line but it is not likely. A disruption of the suture line can be catostrophis. See your surgeon asap. Since you are still alive and asking questions, you are probably ok, but your doctor needs to know about this.

Don't think so: You probably just overdid it a bit. These symptoms should resolve. If this recurs ask about having your gallbladder checked if it is still in place.
