Contact dermatitis: Medicamentosa is usually general, flat and red. Bumps suggest a contact , new shoes or sox. Wash them or wipe them before wearing Try a little cortisone cream or if all else fails a doc can give you stronger stuff.. Have to be a detective. Check what is new and different that your hands and feet have touched.
