Arthroscopic ac decompression/resection in Nov2015. 2ndMRI still shows severe arthrosis & impingement. Nothing torn. What are my next options?

Revision: Sounds like you will need a revision of an inadequate resection the first time. Hopefully you will do better this time, don't hesitate to seek a second opinion.
