Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) dose: Diagnosed with what? ADD? Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) should target distractibility and poor concentration, ie, mental tasks, not to energize you to work long hours. This medication is easy to misuse if not medically supervised. 60 mg is a good dose but should not 'keep you revved up' for 15 hr. Discuss your concern with prescribing doctor to be sure your dose is appropriate. See: http://www.healthline.com/health/adhd/adderall-effects-on-body I hope this helps.
