Hard to say....: If in doubt retest, if positive get treated. It is hard to determine when infection occurred. The accuracy of a test depends on what type of test was done, how specimen was collected and how sensitive / specific the test modality is. It will be good to consult a GYN to guide you with the answers you seek.
