Other required tests and procedures will be at the discretion of your pediatrician. An accurate account of your child's history to include travel, exposures, other symptoms and any treatment before / since fever will be invaluable to your MD.

Fever: An infection or inflammatory disease. Record it to see if there is a pattern. Also make note of other symptoms. Sometimes a persistent strep throat can do this. All the best.
