Suddenly..since early feb have a hard painless, slightly numb lump on my lower outer lip. mostly pea sized, goes up and down in size, and blue tinged.

Mucocele?: could be a mucocele but without seeing it i don't know for sure. if it is, this is usually benign and could easily be removed in my office.
