What cause high blood pressure after giving birth? not sure if i should go to the hospital. i have not been diagnosed with preeclampsia.

Post partum high BP: Even though you did not have elevated blood pressure prior to delivery, it is still possible immediately post partum to have pre-eclampsia(Pregnancy induced hypertension- PIH). If you are more than 4 weeks post partum then other causes of high blood pressure should be investigated by your MD, as you should see him/her as soon as possible.
