Yes: If having muscle aches, it sometimes can be a sign of imbalance such as potassium& magnesium but not necessarily related to prilosec. A comprehensive metabolic panel(CMP) lab test is sufficient with adding a magnesium level. a prolonged qt interval is an abnormality on egg caused by many things. if someone has a low magnesium it can prolong the qt. prilosec can do this but less likely.
