See your doctor: It is hard to know exactly what it is without an examination. Lymph nodes can present in this area but also growths in the bone can occur and since you have noted the headaches it is best to have a doctor look at it to see if any further testing is needed. If the headaches should cause her to have problems seeing or she has vomiting that would be very worrisome and need immediate care
