A member asked:

Why do i not get thirsty? i urinate normally, drink only when throat gets uncomfortable or with meal (1/4 liter), feces are moist. i do not get it?

You are taking in: enough liquids. It is not true that people need any particular amount of extra fluids per day. In fact, most people get all the water they need through their food (which, like us, is 40-60% water, depending on male v. female). Thirst guides us if we are not getting enough. Lack of thirst is a good indicator that you are adequately hydrated, so I wouldnt worry about it.
