Littie if any risk: Oral sex is safe sex -- not entirely risk free, but far lower chance of any STD than unprotected vaginal or anal sex. And the risk is zero, or close to it, for HIV, even if there really was blood in your partner's mouth. I do not recommend testing for HIV, hepatitis, or anything else.
