What are the chances of upper bicep pain being dvt or vascular problem in 20 y.o.? no pain in lifting just when touched or periodic shocks. deep pain.

Below: It would be unusual for this to be secondary to DVT. More likely to be secondary to muscle strain. Suggest using some intermittent ice, followed by moist heat to the area 4 times per day, each for about 10-15 min as tolerated. If there is worsening , or new symptoms, then DR visit advised.
