Not really: It is frequently misdiagnosed as acne. If you're using acne meds appropriately and things are not getting any better think maybe you have PF. Should be treated with anti fungal meds. Scabies most commonly appears at pressure points of clothes on skin- belt, wrists, and the webs of the fingers.
