Scar treatment: CO2 and infrared lasers are used for scar reduction/removal attempt. There are also different types of prescription and over the counter creams/ointments that can help greatly diminish the appearance of scars. Surgical scarring can be reduced with suturing technique as well as treatment during the healing phase.
