Hip: If joint is tight in front: Try lunges-very slowly and/or hip extension-lie prone, put a pillow under the knee. If on the side: stretch TFLstand,cross your legs &push the hip sideways, In back: Reach for your toes. If the figure 4 hurts - x-ray the hip. In the groin: lie supine on a bed or couch, spread the leg and hang it over the edge. Feel the stretch. The hip is felt in front by the groin.
