The ones that get ..: Yopur heart rate the highest. However, it is easier with lower and upper extremity muscles used simultaneously. Example xc-sking great; rowing great; eliptical trainer great, etc. Since you spreading the cardio to more muscle, you do not perceive as much exertion!
