Lose weight: most common thing i see for elevated liver enzymes now is fatty liver. if you are overweight, please try to lose at least 10 pounds by next lab test. Cut down portions in all food groups and don‘t indulge in fruit thinking it is healthy. One of my patients gained weight eating mostly fruit. If your labs are still up after you have made diet changes and lose weight, you can ask for further workup
