You need to be seen: Jaw problems, ear pathology, migraine headaches all could,do,these symptoms. I am betting on a jaw, TMJ problem. See your dentist first, if this is not the problem, then see your family doc for an ear eval and to,check for swelling in the neck area which could contribute to the problem.
