Likely viral: Such symptoms don't warrant a visit with a physician. Though you might get prescribed some antibiotics or other medication to help with the symptoms, they likely aren't necessary. It sounds like you might have a URI or sinus infection, these are generally issues that resolve on their own. Taking over the counter medications might help resolve them sooner.
