Potassium in diet: Bananas are famous for their potassium content, and they're easy to eat. You can also get great potassium by eating: white beans; dark leafy greens; baked potato (with skin); dried apricots; baked acorn squash; plain yogurt; salmon; avocados; dates; and mushrooms. Those are some ideas.
