Yes it would be rare: Why are you concerned about this matter? cancer is a rare disease and is very uncommon in your age range( cancer is mostly a problem of the 50+ year olds). The symptoms of Oropharyngeal cancer would be difficulty in swallowing foods(especially solid foods) and there can be some discomfort/pain during swallowing in some case. You should wait to worry!
