So i went ti the ER for my wrist they said i spraind braced it. Now feels like a bone moved down an can't move it with the brace off what should I do?

Dx. From X-ray- Bone cyst on dominant left hand -Scaphoid and may have cracked. Been in a brace for three weeks. I fell 12/9/22 & how long does it take for the wrist/thumb not to be achy? And should I get an MRI if it continues?
Fell biking and smashed my left wrist into ground. Now have pain in triquestral bone and small loss of rom. Brace and ice enough or do I need xrays?
